The Sims 4 Challenge: The Selection.

And today I had a new idea for The sims 4 Challenge that i would love to try it out, and hope that you guys would try it out too and let me know what you think bout it.

This new challenge that i had came up with is base on my favourite book series written by Kiera Cass. The Selection Series.

This series talks about how 35 girls were chosen at "random" to go and compete for the crown/ the prince's (Maxon) heart. The main character of the series is a girl named America, who was chosen by mistake. It is a really good series not to be missed. If you like The Hunger Games or even if you don't  do check it out!

The Challenge

Since we can't have 35 girls in a household in sims4 game, we are only going to have 7 princesses competing for the prince's heart.

If you have already read the Selection Series, you would have known who won, so that won't be fun anymore, so, instead of using the girls in the book for this challenge, I'm going to spice things up a little and create 7 princesses not from the book instead.

yes, you can use Disney Princesses, I'm thinking of that too.

To start off, we'll need to create 2 households: The Royal Family & The Princess house.

The Royal Family:

-The king, The Queen, The Prince, 2 maids and 1 gardener/ Handymen.

-Do not fill up the Royal family household to the maximum as we need to leave a slot for the winner (the future queen)

-you can create The king, Queen and Prince purely up to your liking. (prince to be an young adult)

-Maid : food-master chef,neat.

-Gardener/Handyman: nature-freelance botanist

-once you are done creating the households, you can then choose a location to build the Palace.

-You can choose to build on your own or get from the gallery.

The Princesses:

-7 princesses and 1 maid.

-Princesses: young adult. all of their aspirations and traits are to be randomised. (click 3 time on the dice for each princess) the rest are up to your creativity. looks, voice etc.

-maid: food-master chef, neat.

-once you are done, create a house/ palace for them. you can get from gallery.

The Palace:

-activity room

-living room

-kitchen (near maid's living area)

-dinning room

-king's & Queen's room & bathroom

-prince's room & bathroom

-future winner's room & bathroom

-maid's & gardener living area & bath area.

-garden, pool etc etc.

The Princess House/ Palace:

-activity room

-living room

-kitchen (near maid's living area)

-dinning room

-7 princess room & bathroom

-maid's living area & bath area.

-pool etc

The Rules:

- off auto age. all candidates are to be in young adult age.

- mods & money cheats are allowed.

- the princesses are not allowed to call/ see/ visit/ invite any of the royal family member.

- the princesses can only meet or go on date with the prince if the prince want to/ call to invite/ come for a visit/ when they win a challenge/ any other method u can think of.. lucky draw?

- all sims are to be on their free-willed and will only be controlled when necessary.

- all sims' needs are to be fulfilled and not ill-treated. so go ahead and spread a feast of food for them.

- during dates, the sims can do whatever they want (including woohoo, that does not change or affect anything)

- do not have competition that involve/ result in death. we want them to witness their prince get married with another girl.

How to start the challenge:

here is how i would start my game (u don't have to follow everything. its flexible and u can go with how u like)

day 1: have the princess settle down and get to know one an other and to familiarise with the new place.

day 2: visit the royal family; to let the princesses to each have a chance to get a head start with the royal family before the competition start.

day 3: 1st competition & 1st date for the prince.

day 4: lesson day & rest day.

and so on and so forth.... i will see how it progress and to plan from then on.

Types of challenges/lessons: (THAT YOU CAN TRY)
1) painting
2) cooking
3) fishing
4) planning event
5) swimming
6) planting
7) drink mixing
8) chess
9) race
well... you get the idea.... you can do whatever you can think of.

how to win the challenge:

1) point system.
points can be accumulated through their competitions, how well they fare during trainings, when on dates or when planning event etc.

2) elimination round.

princesses can be eliminated at any point of time: when they have high negativity relationship with the prince/ lost most of the time in the competition... and so on.

3) relationship status.
judging base on who have the most/ better with the prince and the royal families. should any princess have max-ed on the love and friendship statues, you can (if you wan to) stop the competition and announce the winner.

The Ending:

So at the end of the game, u will have only 1 princess left, and she will be the winner and also, the future queen.

you can then have the Prince to propose to her in front of all the other princesses, the royal families and such and have a grand wedding in the palace.
